Buyer: The party which INSOGAMES has entered into an agreement with.
Parties: INSOGAMES and Buyer together.
2 - FIELD OF APPLICATION
These general conditions of sale apply to all sales concluded with INSOGAMES SRL.
2.1 - Legal age
Any minor visitor must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian in order to order on the website

3 - Pre-orders
3.1 - A pre-order product contains * PRE-ORDER * in its title.
3.2 - The items are ordered especially for you, in that respect the order falls under a "customized order" so that in principle, and in accordance with the right of withdrawal, the purchase cannot be waived.
3.3 - Any pre-order is therefore CLOSED and DEFINITIVE and cannot claim any cancellation or refund.
3.4 - Pre-order items will only be reserved after payment and will be shipped from the official release date in chronological order of purchase.
3.5 - The release date of pre-ordered items is given for information only and is based on the date mentioned by the distributor / supplier. He reserves the right to modify this date and Pikastore cannot be held responsible for this decision. As such, no compensation will be payable.
3.6 - The reservation of a pre-order product will be established after payment and validation from your bank.
3.7 - Pre-orders will be prepared upon receipt of the products by the supplier.
3.8 - The order will be shipped from the official release date and subject to stock on that date, in chronological order of orders recorded.
3.9 - Orders containing pre-order items will be prepared and shipped when ALL the products that make it up are available and will not be split into several packages.
4 - WITHDRAWAL - RETURN
4.1 - The right of withdrawal is applicable within a legal period of 14 days from the first day of receipt of the package by the buyer.
4.2 - This right applies to all purchases in stock except for so-called Mystery items.
4.3 - The so-called Mystery articles include the word * MYSTERY * in the description and / or the title of the product are part of a "personalized order" so that in principle and in accordance with the right of withdrawal, the purchase cannot be returned and / or refunded.
4.4 - The buyer who wishes to exercise his right of withdrawal must send a request for withdrawal by registered post within 14 days of receipt of his order (postmarked postmark) to the address of the head office.
4.5 - In the event of a withdrawal, the request must contain the following information: buyer's name, buyer's first name, buyer's email, order number, delivery date, reason, reference of (s) ) item (s) concerned.
4.6 - Returned products must be in their original condition, in their original packaging.
4.7 - Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
4.8 - A product unsealed, damaged or soiled by the buyer will not be refunded
4.9 - Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh !, Dragon Ball card packs or any other type of card sold in bulk cannot be returned or exchanged.
5 - DELIVERY
5.1 - Delivery will be made by Mondial Relay with tracking or BPOST with tracking depending on the customer's choice.
5.2 - In the event of loss of package after shipment, the buyer must contact the delivery agency. Indeed, once the package has been handed over to the delivery company, INSOGAMES is no longer responsible for its proper delivery.
5.3 - INSOGAMES ships to the countries of the European Union.
5.4 - Shipping costs are displayed before payment and are the responsibility of the buyer
5.5 - Once the package has been dispatched, only the carrier is responsible for any delay.
5.6 - The package will be sent to the address indicated on the order.
5.7 - No change of delivery address after sending the order can be taken into account.
5.8 - If an error is present in the wording of the email address, or in the recipient's contact details, only the buyer will be held responsible.
5.9 - If the order has not yet been shipped, you can contact us as soon as possible on shop@insogames.com , mentioning your order number in order to change the address.
5.10 - In the event that the shipped order is returned as undelivered or for any other reason, a refund of the amount of the order, less a fixed administrative fee of 5 EUR and less the amount of shipping costs paid by the buyer during the first shipment, will be made on the account used during payment. The buyer will have to place a new order if he wishes.
5.11 - If on delivery, the buyer finds that the packaging has been opened and / or damaged, he must then refuse the package and note a reservation on the delivery slip. Otherwise, INSOGAMES cannot be held responsible for any damage.
6 - PRODUCTS
6.1 - All our products are authentic. However, it may happen that the seal or the packaging is different from that known; this occurs during the sealing of the articles by the manufacturer (end of the sealing roll, therefore different patterns or colors). We make every effort to deliver quality products to you.
6.2 - No complaint can be accepted for this reason because INSOGAMES will in no way be responsible.
6.3 - All products for sale are new, only the condition of cards sold individually may differ from new but will be indicated in the product sheet.
6.4 - No complaint will be taken into account concerning a manufacturing problem on a card (cutting or centering fault for example).
6.5 - INSOGAMES makes every effort to protect your packages with the greatest care. Damaged boxes are not subject to a complaint. Indeed, INSOGAMES sells products (cards, figurines…) and not their packaging. If the latter is damaged, this may be the responsibility of the manufacturer, the supplier, or the transporter, but in no case of INSOGAMES.
6.6 - It is the buyer's responsibility to check the condition of the box before accepting delivery. If on delivery, the buyer finds that the packaging has been damaged, he must then absolutely refuse the package and note a reservation on the delivery slip.
6.7 - In the event that the box arrives in perfect condition, but it contains fragile products, we ask you to take pictures of the box before opening it (from several angles).
6.8 - You must immediately send us the photos of the sealed box as well as the broken products in the event of a possible complaint to the email address shop@insogames.com.
6.9 - Any complaint that does not meet these conditions will not be processed; if it fulfills them, it will be done on a case-by-case basis and will not necessarily be the subject of a refund or a new dispatch.
7 - PRICE
7.1 - The prices displayed are in euros, including VAT and do not include delivery and / or preparation costs.
7.2 - INSOGAMES reserves the right to apply the correct price or to unilaterally cancel an order if it appears that the price indicated and / or the description of the product (s) as well as any associated options are incorrectly indicated on the website following a technical failure or human error.
7.3 - INSOGAMES reserves the right to modify prices at any time without warning, any modifications will have no impact on confirmed orders, ie orders for which payment has been validated.
8 - Processing & Shipping
8.1 - Orders are prepared within 24 hours. This period may be extended up to 72 hours depending on the period or depending on the product releases.
8.2 - Once the order has been prepared, the buyer can find a tracking link on the order confirmation page or by email.
8.3 - Orders will only be shipped when ALL the products that compose them are available and will therefore not be split into several packages.
5 - ACCEPTANCE OF THE PURCHASER
5.1 - These general conditions of sale as well as the prices are expressly approved and accepted by the purchaser.
5.2 - These conditions can be modified at any time without notice by INSOGAMES
